Look closely at the photograph. What do you see?

I came across this one day and did a double take.  Did someone leave a little rocking horse in the middle of a field?  Is there a little doggie taking a rest?  I love looking at clouds and imagining all sorts of animals and shapes, but sometimes nature gives you the same thing right here on the ground!  Now, click on the photo to enlarge it.  Oh my,  it seems that it is simply a fallen tree branch!

What do you see?

  5. Haha, that's so cool! I saw a tiny li'l horse lying down...
Too often, I mistake piles of dirt and stuff in the forest for curled up foxes... guess I'm just hoping I'll be right someday. ^-^

  10. Crystal, this is really amazing. I was so sure it was a rocking horse. About a year ago, driving into our subdivision I spotted what looked like a tiny horse in the woods. When I investigated, sure enough it was a stuffed horse about 3 or so feet high with leather bridle and saddle. I guess it was stolen from somewhere and abandoned in the woods. The vet who lives nearby finally took it to his clinic. I was sure, when I saw your photo, that there was some ongoing horse hoax around.

  12. Amazing! My first thought was a little Fallabella taking a rest.

But the park I cross to go to the shops has had a lot of similar fallen branches recently so it didn't take me long to realise it was likely to be a branch.

  16. I love it! Looks like a stuffed horse toy lying in the grass - remarkably like one my daughter had as a child.

I like catching something in my peripheral vision and then turning to see what it really is :D

  18. If you really get for all sorts of imaginations, a picture is very mysterious.

  23. How funny!! Once I dodged what I thought was a white dog with my car. I almost caused a major wreck and it was just a white grocery bag floating around!

This is a funny post because I just saw a tree shaped like a snail while I was on the highway and I made Bob find a safe place for me to take a photo of it! ha! I'll have to post it soon :)
